By accessing or using the Celvion website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country we serve (currently Nigeria and Ghana) to use our financing and ordering services. By using the services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at info@celvion.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Celvion provides:

• The Nexus marketplace for solar (Volt), security (Shield) and smart-home systems;
• Professional installation and commissioning (Atlas), including for systems purchased elsewhere;
• Installment financing (Advance and Flex) for eligible products and customers.

Quotes and calculator results are estimates for your convenience and are not binding offers. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Final pricing and financing terms are confirmed to you before you accept, and are subject to product availability, identity verification and approval.

Where you finance a system, the applicable interest rate is set per product and disclosed to you in full before you accept — there are no hidden fees.

• Advance requires a deposit up front, with the balance spread over your chosen term; we typically install shortly after your deposit is confirmed.
• Flex requires no deposit; repayments begin once your agreement is confirmed, and we install once you have paid off the agreed share of your plan.
• Missed or late payments may affect your plan and your eligibility for future financing, and may incur consequences set out in your financing agreement.

Your specific financing terms are governed by the agreement you sign for that plan, which prevails over any general description here.

Payments are made by bank transfer to our designated account, with proof of payment uploaded through your dashboard. We verify payments before confirming the related milestone. Please ensure payment details and references are correct to avoid delays.

To use financing or complete certain orders, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing accurate identity information and documents. We may decline or pause a request where verification cannot be completed.

Installation is carried out by Celvion or its certified partners following a site assessment. You are responsible for reasonable site access and readiness. Hardware is covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty; our installation workmanship is covered as described in your order or service documentation.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of your order and any financing agreement. Where a refund applies, we process it to the original payment source after any deductions permitted by law or your agreement. Contact info@celvion.com to discuss a cancellation.

You agree not to use the services unlawfully, to interfere with their operation or security, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

The Celvion name, its brands (including Volt, Shield, Atlas, Nexus and Flex), logos, content and software are owned by Celvion Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celvion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the relevant order or plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Celvion against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the services or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Customers in Ghana also benefit from the mandatory protections of Ghanaian law. We aim to resolve disputes in good faith — please contact us first so we can try to help before pursuing other remedies.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
